Political information transfer and knowledge acquisition in the online world” of the DFG research group “Political communication in the online world” under Prof. Dr. Marcus Maurer at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena (2011-2014) and at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz (2014-2017).
My research focuses on political communication, online communication and empirical methods. In particular, I focus on the analysis of direct and media-mediated election campaigning and party communication, the analysis of mediatization processes and media change.
